Module – Alternative procedures; Session six: Diversion

On July 9, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting theoretical training from the "Alternative Procedures" module with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prishtina.

This session is addressing the following: the notion of the institute of diversion, the advantages and disadvantages of diversion, the advancement of diversion, the provisions of Article 226 of the CPC and diversion as a security measure.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
