Module – Alternative procedures; First session: Temporary suspension of the procedure

On June 21, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, the theoretical training under the "Alternative Procedures" module is being carried out with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

This session is addressing the following: the temporary suspension of the procedure, the cases when this procedure is applied and when this procedure should not be applied, and alternative solutions to disputes" and their various forms.

The training methodology is presentation of practical cases and interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
