Training of Trainers according to the AJ Trainers Handbook

May 5-6th 2025, Academy of Justice is conducting the Training of Trainers for the fourth group of trainers according to the AJ Trainers Handbook.

Main purpose of the training is to advance the trainers skills on the training design and conducting effective training, focusing on key aspects as outlined below:

• Training design - where trainers will be introduced to training design methods, taking into account the specific needs of the audience and the challenges that may arise during their development; • Participant engagement, and techniques for active participant engagement - another equally important method which includes the use of effective discussion facilitation methods, • The importance of training evaluation and skills - for providing constructive criticism, which help in the continuous improvement of the learning process.

Another significant part of this training is the opportunity for the participants to develop their skills through presentations in which they will receive constructive feedback from the instructors and their colleagues, strengthening their practical skills and performance improvement.

This training, organized by the Academy of Justice is an important step to developing training capacities of the justice system, contributing to training quality improvement and increase of their efficiency.
