Module – Alternative procedures; Fifth session: Release from punishment

On July 8, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting theoretical training from the "Alternative Procedures" module with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Prosecutor Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prishtina.

This session is addressing the following: the institution of the plea bargaining agreement and the advantages and disadvantages of the plea bargaining agreement.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
