Module – Alternative procedures; Third session: Mediation procedure

On July 4, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting theoretical training from the "Alternative Procedures" module delivered by the trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

This session is covering the following: alternative mediation procedures, the resolution of judicial disputes in the criminal field through mediation.

The training methodology is application of practical cases and interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
