Module - Special procedures according to the Criminal Procedure Code, first session: Procedures against persons who have committed criminal offenses under the influence of alcohol or drugs and offenders with mental disorders

On June 28, 2024, the Academy of Justice within Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, the theoretical training from the module "Special Procedures according to the CPC" that is being held by trainer Mr. Skender Çoqaj, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session is addressing the following: Criminal responsibility of the natural person, temporary and permanent mental illnesses, retarded mental development, the implementation of psychiatric examination and the decision on the ability to stand trial. The training methodology is applying practical cases as well as with the interactive method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
