Module: Evidence in criminal procedure; Second session - Evidence according to the Criminal Procedure Code of Kosovo

On July 1, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting theoretical training from the module on "Evidence in Criminal Procedure" with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: the parties and their actions for providing evidence and types of evidence according to provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The training methodology is applying practical cases and interactivity.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
