Module – Evidence in criminal procedure; Third session: Expertise and covert technical measures of investigation and surveillance and their types as evidence

On July 2, 2024, Academy of Justice within the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, delivered the theoretical training from the module on "Evidence in criminal procedure" that is held by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal.

Within the session, is covering the following: control, review and reconstruction, international requirements or evidence obtained abroad, acceptable evidence and their evaluation.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases divided into two groups and interactivity.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
