Module: The role of the prosecutor in the judicial review phase; Session five: The role of the prosecutor in the closing statement

February 21, 2024, the Academy Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "The role of the prosecutor in the judicial review phase", held by the trainer Mr. Ilir Morina, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office. This session is addressing the following: the role of the state prosecutor in the closing statement and the preparation and presentation of the final statement. The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
