Module – Rules of communication; Second session: Basis and types of communication

September 10 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation is conducting the theoretical training from the module on “Rules of communication” held by the trainer professor Fatmir Qollakaj, trainer in the Academy of Justice.

The topics being addressed in this session are: Basis of communication, types of communication, types and features of verbal communication, differences and connections between verbal and non-verbal communication, problems in interpersonal communication and rules of good communication.

The training methodology is an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 32 newly appointed judges, one from the Bosnian community and one from the Serbian community, 2024/2025.
