Module – Procedural Costs and legal property claims; First session: Costs of the criminal procedure

On June 20, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, conducted the theoretical training under the module "Costs of the procedure and legal property claims" that was carried out by Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: the decision on the costs of the procedure, the payment of costs according to the fault of the person who caused them, the effect of other decisions related to the compensation of costs, and the necessary costs of the defense or the authorized representative.

The training methodology is presentation of practical cases as well as with the interactive method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
