Module: Judicial review; Session six (trial simulation): judicial review

On July 19, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, conducted the theoretical training from the "Judicial Review" module, held by the trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge at the Supreme Court.

In this session which was carried out in the form of a simulation, the newly appointed judges of the XI generation practiced the closing statement, impeachment, of the verdict and the announcement of the verdict.

The judicial simulation was carried out in the premises of the Supreme Court.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
