Module: Judicial review; First session: Preparation for judicial review

On July 12, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting theoretical training from the "Judicial review" module, held by the trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This session in covering the following aspects: the public nature of judicial review and the preservation of national security and official secrecy protected by law.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
