Module: Main trial; Session four: The process of main trial

On July 17, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the "Main trial" module, held by the trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This session si addressing the following: the beginning of the main trial, presentation of evidence and the hearing for determining the sentence.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
