Module – Rules of communication; Second session: Basics and types of communication

On February 13, 2024, within the framework of the Initial Training Program of the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, the theoretical training from the "Rules of communication" module is being carried out, conducted by the trainer Prof. Fatmir Qollakaj, trainer at the Academy of Justice.
The topics being addressed in this session are: Basics of communication, types of communication, types and features of verbal communication, differences and connections between verbal and non-verbal communication, problems in interpersonal communication and rules of good communication. The training methodology is being developed through an interactive discussions and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
