Impact of the Law No. 08/L-022 on electronic identification and reliable services in electronic transactions, in the enforcement and contested procedures
September 14 2026, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents, under the Continuous Training Program are conducting the workshop on the topic “Impact of the Law No. 08/L-022 on electronic identification and reliable services in electronic transactions, in the enforcement and contested procedures”.
Trainers engaged in this workshop are Mr. Qerim Ademaj, judge in the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Mehdi Reshani, President of the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents.
Purpose of this workshop is to extend the knowledge on provisions of the Law no. 08/L-022 that regulates the electronic identification, electronic signatures, electronic seals, time stamps, electronic documents and reliable services in electronic transactions, and create a common, practical and applicable understanding on the use of electronic signature and the reliable services in Kosovo.
The workshop used combined methods of presentation, interactive discussions through practical cases, discussion in the cases and summary of conclusions on the discussed matters, in order to achieve the workshop objectives.
Beneficiaries of this workshop are judges, prosecutors and private enforcement agents.
