New changes to the criminal procedure code

On May 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with EULEX, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, are conducting the training on the topic "New changes to the criminal procedure code".

The trainer engaged in this training is: Mr. Ali Kutllovci, judge at the Basic Court in Mitrovica.

The purpose of this training is for the participants to be informed about the essential novelties of the Criminal Procedure Code, that represent the necessary and effective changes.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions presenting practical cases.
