Changes upon entry into force of the new Customs and Excise Code of Kosovo

May 14, 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training Changes upon entry into force of the new Customs and Excise Code of Kosovo.

The trainers involved are Mr. Ramush Bardiqi, judge at the Commercial Court in the Second Instance Chamber, and Mr. Fisnik Nuli, judge at the Commercial Court in the First Instance Chamber.

Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge in dealing with methods of valuation of imported goods, and methods of estimating transport costs by analyzing the relevant Administrative Instruction and determining tariff codes.

The training methodology is combined through the interactive method of discussion and elaboration of cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are Judges and Professional Associates of the Commercial Court.
