Sub-module: Administration of criminal procedure, second session: Making and communicating decisions - Chapter XXVI

On January 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Administration of criminal procedure", with the trainer engaged Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prizren.

In the framework of this session, the following topics are being addressed: types and decision-making - article 469, the procedure for making decisions in the session for consultation and voting by the judicial body - article 470, the turn of consideration of the issues for which voting is done - article 471, closed session for consultation and voting - article 472 and communication of decisions - article 473.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
