Sub-module: Administration of criminal proceedings, first session: Submissions, deadlines and communication of decisions.

On December 11, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is conducting training under the module "Administration of criminal procedures", with the trainer engaged Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prizren.

Within this Session, the following are being addressed: submission forms of Article 442, sending submissions - 443, punishment for written submissions or for persons in relation to the content of the submissions - Article 444 and deadlines.

The training methodology is being done through interactive discussion and practical cases.
