Sub-module: Indictment and the review procedure, second session: Necessary elements of the indictment

On January 31, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Indictment and the review procedure", with the trainer engaged Mr. Valdet Gashi, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Within this session, the necessary elements of the indictment and the materials that complete the indictment are being addressed.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
