Submodule: Indictment and review procedure, first session: Indictment

On January 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Indictment, review procedure", with the trainer engaged Mr. Valdet Gashi, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the concept of indictment, types of accusatory acts, direct indictment, indictment after investigation, indictment with a request for the issuance of a punitive order, other acts that make it possible to raise the accusatory act and its proposal injured parties for criminal prosecution.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
