Sub-module: Judgment and its types; Third session: Acquitting and rejecting judgment

On October 10, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Judgment and its types" with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is covering the following: the rejection verdict, the acquittal verdict and the rejection verdict.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
