Sub-module – Reasoning of court decisions in the civil field; Second session: Writing and reasoning of court decisions in the civil field through the IRAC method

On July 20, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Justification of court decisions in the civil field", held by the trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is addressing the following: legal writing and reasoning through the IRAC method, Structured Questions, the analytical process, the importance and need for the analytical process and analysis of Legal Writing.

The training methodology is interactive followed with practical examples.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
