Sub-module: Reasoning of court decisions in civil matters; Session four: Structure and content of the reasoning of the court decisions

On July 24, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on "Reasoning of court decisions in the civil field", conducted by the trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is covering the following: instructions for writing and reasoning of the verdict, provisions of the material law that were applied in issuing the verdict, and Declaration for the claims of the parties regarding legal basis of the dispute, as well as their proposals and objections for which the court did not justify the decisions issued earlier in the procedure.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
