Sub-module: Reasoning of court decisions in civil matters; Fourth session: Structure and content of the reasoning of the judgment

On January 26, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, the first group of newly appointed judges, the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on “Reasoning of court decisions in the civil field”, with trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following: instructions on writing and reasoning of the judgment, provisions of material law which have been applied in issuing the judgment and the parties’ statements and responses to the claims, regarding the legal basis of the dispute, as well as the proposals and objections for which the court did not justify the decisions issued earlier in the procedure.

The training methodology is application of interactive discussions based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
