Sub-module: reasoning of court decision in civil law area; Second session: Writing and reasoning of judicial decisions in the civil field through the IRAC method

January 20 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges, is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Reasoning of court decisions in civil area, with trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, judge of the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following: legal writing and reasoning through the IRAC method, Structured Questions, the analytical process, the importance and need for the analytical process and analysis of Legal Writing.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
