Sub-module – Reasoning of court decisions in the civil field; Third session: Interpretation and legal reasoning

On July 21, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of court decisions in the civil field", held by the trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

Within this session, the following are being addressed: interpretation as an important component for legal writing and reasoning, types of interpretation, methods of interpretation, analogy, legal reasoning and legal reasoning by analogy and deductive reasoning.

The training methodology is interactive followed with practical examples.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one members from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
