Sub-module: Witnesses and victims in criminal proceedings; Session six: Material evidence supporting witness testimony

December 5, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module Witnesses and victims in the criminal procedure, held by the trainer Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution Office in Prizren.

This session addressed the following: The use of the witness's previous testimony, the reading of other previously given statements, the witnesses under special protection, the evidence taken outside the court and the reading of the minutes or the reproduction of the recordings.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed state prosecutors 2023/24.
