Sub-module: Administrative law – first session: The law of administrative procedure

On June 6, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module "Administrative Law", held by the trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is addressing the following: the notion of administrative law, the administrative procedure law, the basic principles of the Law on General Administrative Procedure, the competence of the body for the conducting administrative procedure and the procedure before issuing the administrative act.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
