Sub-module: Administrative Law – sixth session: Final administrative enforcement

June 13, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on "Administrative Law", conducted by the trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is elaborating on the following: enforcement of the administrative act, the subject of enforcement, the ways of enforcing administrative decisions, judicial enforcement, and acts that cannot be enforced.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one members of the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
