The sub-module: Administrative law; Fourth session: Administrative act

June 9, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on "Administrative Law", held by the trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is addressing the following: the revocation and annulment of the administrative act and the enforcement of administrative acts.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community.
