Sub-module: Administrative law – fifth session; Legal remedies

June 12, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module on "Administrative Law", held by the trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is covering the following: legal remedies in the administrative procedure, complaints and objections and the reopening of the procedure.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
