Sub module: Administrative law; Session seven: Administrative conflict

June 14, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on "Administrative Law", held by the trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Appeals.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the administrative act, the reasons for which the administrative act can be contested, the administrative acts against which the administrative conflict cannot be developed, the silence of the administration, the parties in administrative conflict and the respondent parties in administrative conflict.

The training methodology is interactive and with practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
