Sub-module: Administrative law; Session eight: Lawsuit in administrative conflict

June 15, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on "Administrative Law", held by the trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This session elaborated on the following: the lawsuit in the administrative conflict, the content of the lawsuit and the issuance of the administrative act after the submission of the lawsuit.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
