The sub-module: Administrative law – third session; Administrative procedure up to issuance of the administrative act

On June 8, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on "Administrative Law", held by the trainer Ms. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is addressing the following: the administrative procedure up to issuance of the administrative act, the intermediate decisions, the conclusion of the administrative procedure, the deadline for conclusion of the administrative procedure as foreseen by (Article 98) and the administrative act approved in silence which is provided in (Article 100).

The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community.
