Sub-module: Civil law, second session: Legal affairs, Legal-civil relations and the classification of subjective civil rights

On May 10, 2023, as part of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the "Civil Law" module, with the support of the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Court of Appeal.

In the framework of this session, the subjects of the legal-civil relationship, the natural person as a subject of law, personal rights, the classification of subjective civil rights, legal transactions and the importance and the administrative acts are being addressed.

The training methodology is developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community.
