Sub-module: EU Law; Session four: Citizenship of the European Union

On May 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the "EU Law" module, held by the trainer Mr. Emrush Ujkani, Expert in EU law.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: who is a citizen of the European Union, what does citizenship of the European Union include and the arguments in favor of EU citizenship and the legal provisions.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
