Submodule: EU Law, fourth session: E drejta e BE-së sesioni i katërt: European Union Citizenship

On May 18, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "EU Law", with the trainer engaged Mr. Emrush Ujkani, Expert in EU law.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: who is considered a citizen of the European Union, what does citizenship of the European Union include and the arguments in favor of EU citizenship and the legal provisions

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them is from the Bosnian community.
