Sub-module: EU law; First session: Role and competencies of the European Union institutions

On May 29, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the first training session under the module on "EU Law", in support of the trainer Mr. Emrush Ujkani, Expert in EU law.

In the framework of this topic, the competences of the European Union, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council of the EU, the Court of Justice of the EU are being addressed.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
