Submodule – Law on Obligations – Session Ten: Contracts of Life Tenure, Contracts of Sale, and Lease Contracts

On September 13, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Law on Obligation", with the trainer engaged Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: Unjust enrichment, types of sales contract and lease contract.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
