Sub-Module: Law on Obligations; Session Ten: Unjust Enrichment, Unauthorized Foreign Affairs and Unilateral Expression of Will

On June 21, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on "Law on Obligations", held by the trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is addressing the following: the claim of unjust enrichment, the judgment related to the claim of unjust enrichment, the performance of foreign affairs without an order (negotiorum gestio), the unilateral expression of the will as a source of obligation, the public promise of reward and tokens of legitimation.

The training methodology is through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
