Sub-module: Law on Obligations; Second Session: Construction Contracts

June 09, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the module "Law on Obligations", held by the trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

During the implementation of this session, the following are being addressed: the area of contract implementation, the principles of the contract law, the conditions for conclusion of contracts, the special conditions for conclusion of the contract and the forms of the contracts.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community.
