Sub-module: Law on Obligations; Session Six: Usury Contracts, Torts, Interest

June 15, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on the "Law on Obligations", conducted by the trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session is covering the following: the meaning of the usury contract, torts, and interest.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
