Sub-module: Law on obligations; Session four: Statute of limitation

On June 13, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on "the Law on Obligations", held by the trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This session is addressing the following: the statute-barring period, the suspension of the statute barring, the special provisions for suspension of the statute barring, the interruption of the statute limitation, and the reasons for the waiver of the statute barring.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
