Sub-module: Law on obligations; first session: Notion, characteristics and classification of obligations

June 8, 2023, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "The Law on obligations", held by the trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

During this session, the following are being addressed: The Law on obligations and the Law on Property rights, the sources of the Law on obligations, the notion of characteristics and the classification of obligations, the features of obligations and the classification of obligations.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community.
