Sub-module: Law of obligations – fifth session; Real and personal remedies of securing the execution of claims

June 14, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on the "Law on Obligations", held by the trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following: bail, penitence, criminal condition, penalties, bail, advance payment and mortgage as a means of securing claims

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
