Sub-module: Law on Property and other related rights; Seventh session: Pledge, mortgage, lien, and construction right

On July 3, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "The Law on property and other related rights", held by the trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following: types of lien rights, legal lien rights, lien contracts, lien rights against third parties and registration of lien rights without possession.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
