Sub-module: Family Law; Session six: Domestic violence

January 17 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges, is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Family law” with trainer Mr. Valon Totaj President of the Appeals Court.

This training session is covering the following topics: definition of the domestic violence, protection orders from domestic violence, and court protection against domestic violence.

Training methodology is implementing practical cases and exercises in which case the participants were.

Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
