Sub-module: Labor Law; Third Session: Working relations disputes according to the Law on Public Officials

July 7 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the 10th generation is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Labor Law”, held by the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.

This training session is covering the following: disciplinary measures and managing disputes, suspension, cease and termination of the working relationship in civil service, the Law on Public Officials, the Law on the Independent Oversight Board of Kosovo, and the Administrative Conflict.

Training methodology is interactive and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries ate 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian Community and one from the Turkish community
